Simple AWS Starter Guide
This document will guide you through the creation of a simple web server running in the AWS cloud. You need to have a AWS account already set up have signed up to EC2. We're not going to be creating any permanent storage (EBS or S3) or going to be saving our instance for later use. Everything we do here will be destroyed once you terminate your instance.

Unless you've been on the moon you can't have missed the hype around Cloud computing and particularly the biggest name associated with it. Amazon Web Services (AWS) allows you to utilise Amazons massive server infrastructure without having to consider set up costs, hardware failures, network scalability or redundant hardware.
ForLinux - the first ECP Cloud Computing service in the UK
ForLinux announced today that it will begin offering Cloud Computing services to its customers, using the Enomaly Elastic Computing Platform (ECP), Service Provider Edition. This will be one of the first ECP Cloud Computing service based in UK.
Enomaly Powers Launch of Global Cloud Computing Service Providers with its ECP release
Enomaly have announced 10 new global partners who have adopted their new Elastic Computing Platform (ECP), Service Provider Edition. The platform has been designed for carriers and hosting providers who want to benefit from the power, flexibility, and economies of cloud computing (a white label cloud product). The Service Provider Edition builds on the already successful ECP that was launched in 2005 as the world's first Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform that has been adopted by over 15,000 companies.
