How simple to understand is the cloud computing concept?

Despite the concept of cloud computing being, we think, very simple a lot of people still just don't get it. I often think that "the cloud" is too simplistic and that individuals are left wondering what the catch is. I think the main problems with convincing companies to migrate to the cloud are:-

- lack of understanding
- lack of control over data location (specifically national territories and jurisdiction)
- people don't like change
- data security (in theory two companie's data can be stored on the same physical machine)

Are you finding these concerns from your customers and prospects?
